Each of our Co-Directors is an AFP Fellow and holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Arts Fundraising & Philanthropy from the University of Leeds. As a trained musician, visual artist and theatre-maker, we bring a creative approach to our work.

Steph Graham FRSA

Steph is a multi-skilled visual arts expert. Working across grant assessment, project development, evaluation, fundraising and training, Steph has helped hundreds of artists to develop sustainable practices and worked with impressive organisations along the way including Arts Council England, Barbican, Manchester School of Art and Royal College of Music.

Steph is often found on the other side of the phone, talking potential clients through the different ways we can help them.

Dana Segal MInstF

Dana is our passionate performing arts expert. Dana brings a broad range of experience from arts organisations, as well as her work with large NGOs and INGOs in the wider charitable sector. Dana is also the Deputy Director of the National Arts Fundraising School which has supported over 1,800 organisations to raise £350M+ in the last 30 years.

Dana is often found on a train, heading to facilitate a session for one of our awesome clients.

Adam Cooper MBA

Adam is our music expert. As one of the youngest ever recipients of an Executive MBA from Durham University Business School, he brings significant commercial and corporate experience to the team. Adam has developed programmes, created business plans and fundraised for organisations including Sage Gateshead, Sound and Music and Skimstone Arts.

Adam is often found at his co-working desk, cooking up some new innovation ideas.
